White sparkling wine, with a citrus color, fine bubbles and a persistent
aroma with notes of citrus fruits, combined with some dried fruit,
a balanced acidity on the palate, which gives it longevity and a long aftertaste.
Longevity and a long finish.
Goes well with all kinds of appetizers, seafood, fish and white meat.
