These terms concern purchases from WeinExperience GmbH. The conditions of a specific order are presented before confirmation. Keep your purchase confirmation and the terms provided.
Ordering and corrections
Select the item and quantity, review the cart and enter delivery details. You can correct those details before final confirmation. The final checkout button indicates the payment obligation; browsing alone does not place an order.
Prices and payment
Prices and shipping are shown at checkout before confirmation. We deliver within Switzerland only.
Age and responsible consumption
WEINEXPERIENCE restricts alcohol sales to people aged 18 and over in every destination. This is the store’s rule. The entrance prompt records a visitor declaration; it does not replace age verification required for sale or delivery.
Products and statutory rights
Check the vintage, volume and allergens stated on each product page. Photographs may show an earlier vintage; the offered vintage is the one stated for the product and order. Contact us if goods are defective or differ from the contract. Statutory warranties and mandatory consumer protections are not excluded.
Applicable law and complaints
Choosing Swiss law does not remove mandatory consumer protections in the country of residence or legally available court jurisdiction. Contact us with complaints. The former European online dispute resolution platform has closed and is not presented as an active channel.
