Which purchases qualify?
A paid order with a product total over CHF 200 after discounts, excluding shipping. Exactly CHF 200 does not qualify. One ticket is offered per order, even when the order exceeds CHF 400.
How do I receive my ticket?
The WEINEXPERIENCE team sends the ticket digitally once payment is confirmed. This popup does not issue a ticket, and no customer account is required. Contact us with your order number to check delivery.
What is included?
One admission ticket to Expovina Weinschiffe 2026. Golden Ticket is the name of this WEINEXPERIENCE campaign, not a VIP category. Travel, meals and separately charged activities or services are not included.
Do I need a code? Is there a deadline?
No code is needed. The campaign is available while displayed in the store and ends no later than the event’s closing on 12 November 2026. Check the validity printed on your ticket and plan your visit ahead.
What if I change or cancel my order?
