Tasting note: It has a bright, crystal clear yellow colour. The initial aroma consists of well-integrated oak notes. In the wine we find white stone fruits such as apricot and peach, reminiscent of the great wines of Dão. Citrus fruits give the wine a certain freshness on the nose. It has a pleasant breadth and great volume in the mouth, accompanying the tasting from start to finish. It is a wine with a certain bitterness on the finish, characteristic of gastronomic wines that pair very well with food. It has a long and persistent finish.
