Alvarinho with oak ageing. Dona Paterna’s 2022 Reserva brings the grape’s fruit and freshness together with barrel nuances, offering a different expression from the classic white.
It comes from the producer’s oldest vines in Monção e Melgaço and ferments and ages for ten months in French oak. Recommended service: 12–13 °C.
Our suggestion: Try with baked fish, poultry or a risotto. Avoid serving ice-cold so the wine has room to open up.
