Dona Paterna Bagaceira is obtained exclusively from the pomace of the Alvarinho grape variety, which represents the true origin of Dona Paterna Alvarinho wines.

Following a careful process of traditional distillation, followed by rectification appropriate to the quality of the final product, we are presented with a Bagaceira brandy with the character, richness, and complexity of the Alvarinho variety. A truly noble drop that takes us back to times long past.
