Dona Paterna Bagaceira Velhíssima brandy is made exclusively from the pomace of the Alvarinho grape variety. Through a combination of art and expertise, it matures for several years in oak barrels of various origins, which gives it a topaz color as well as a rich, intense and complex aroma.

It is a brandy with a lot of character, richness and complexity, very characteristic of the Alvarinho variety from which it originates.
