Tasting notes: The nobility of the traditional Douro grape varieties, associated with the soil and the micro-climate, gave this wine personality and unique character. This quality wine is not filtered or cold stabilized, so it is recommended to serve with care as it can create deposits.
With a deep ruby color, it has an aroma of ripe fruit, floral notes, depth and spices. It is a wine with a vinous flavor, full-bodied, smooth and deep.
It is an intense, mature wine, specific to the “Terroir” of the Douro, with a positive aging in the bottle for many years after bottling.
