Tasting notes: Salmon-pink, with a delicious aroma of wild berries, persistent flavour and pleasant complexity. This wonderful sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif and with a variety of dishes.
For the production of this Dona Paterna Rosé, the grapes of the Vinhão, Brancelhe and Pedral varieties are carefully selected in the vineyards and obtained by open tipping and controlled fermentation at 16/18ºC.
