Carroa means “the path to Roa”. This Tempranillo from vines over 50 years old in Burgos combines its origin with several stages of maturation.
Sixteen months in French oak barrels are followed by eight months in large oak vats and a final spell in concrete eggs. The 2021 offers ripe fruit, fine spice and a velvety texture.
