Character & description
A Douro Reserva with macerated wild berries, toast and spice. The 2022 vintage brings together Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz; the producer describes firm tannins and good complexity.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel. Ageing includes some time in stainless steel, ten months in French oak and eight months in bottle. Recommended service: 16–18 °C.
Our suggestion: Try with roast meat, a slow-cooked dish or mature sheep’s cheese.
