Tasting notes: Lemon-yellow color, clear and bright. Lemon aroma, floral resin (violet). Very complex, light barrel flavor, soft vanilla. Good structure, with character, the acidity stands out and lingers throughout the mouth with a spicy finish (ginger). The unobtrusiveness of the barrel is felt, but it leaves no trace in the mouth due to the light aging and time on the lees.
