A Dão red with wild fruit, mineral touches and subtle smoke. The producer describes the 2020 vintage with delicate tannins and a long, elegant finish.
The Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen blend ferments with indigenous yeasts in granite lagares, then spends twelve months in second-year French oak barrels.
Our suggestion: Try with roast meat or a mushroom dish. Serve at an unhurried table and follow its development in the glass.
