Single-variety Touriga Nacional from the Douro, with ripe fruit and floral nuances. The producer describes the 2018 vintage as fruity and elegant.
Ageing comprises four months in used French oak barrels and six months in bottle. It is unfiltered and not cold-stabilised, so sediment may form. Recommended service: 16–18 °C.
Our suggestion: Try with oven-cooked meat or mature cheese. Pour carefully if sediment is present.
